Pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27/4/2016, the controller, company Centrale Venice Apartments by Alien Uno Srl, declares to have informed the data subject that his personal data will be processed for the following purposes: to comply the obligations of art. 109 of the Consolidated Law of Public Security; to comply with current administrative, accounting, tax obligations and for sending newsletters. He shall also be informed that the processing of the data for the aforementioned obligations is mandatory for the formation of the underlying contract. The data subject has also been informed that the data storage, which will take place with protected automated systems, will be made for a period of time not exceeding the provisions of the law and regulations and, in any case, until the consent is revoked. The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller access to their personal data (Article 15); to demand rectification or erasure (Article 17); to restrict or oppose data processing (Articles 18 and 21); to receive data portability (art. 20) and to submit a complaint to the data protection officer.
